Property Details

GROUND FLOOR:

The villa has a double garage, each with its own automatic folding door with remote control giving out on the access road and a storage room. The double-door main entrance opens to a large hall with access to the kitchen, living room, and stairs leading to the upper and lower floor. At the end of the hall is also a small room with fan and sea-view, ideal for a gym.

The large kitchen and dining room has direct access to the swimming pool and sea-view terrace through sliding glass doors, giving swimming pool and mountain view, and also some sea view.The kitchen is fully equipped in european style, with a granite counter top and high standard taps from Italy, as well as Electrolux brand hot air oven, glass stove, microwave, exhaust fan plus a fridge and wine cellar. This room as has 2 TV connections and internet LAN cable connection.

Then you have the generous sized Living Room with sea view and access to the swimming pool by the teak-wood folding glass doors with 3 meter opening. On the ground floor there is also a large Maid Room with sea view. This room can be accessed either from the entrance hall or directly from the back garden, for more practical use by the staff. It features a double-size bed, and has 2 TV connections and internet LAN cable connection as well as another small store room. It also has its own large toilet/shower with high standard equipment.

Finally there is also the guest toilet, small but beautiful with marble floor and granite counter tops with imported taps from Italy.

SWIMMING POOL AREA.

The swimming pool area is beautiful with great sea view and mountain view overlooking Patong Bay. The swimming pool is large: 10 meters long by 3.9 meters and the depth is sloped from 0.8 meter to 2 meter at the other end. It is also fully equipped with cross wave for swimming exercise as well as an open jaccuzzi. The pool terrace has four beautiful palm trees, and teak-wood railings all around, with beautiful lamps, and connects to the garden by a staircase. Many evenings one can see the fireworks from Patong City. The terrace also has a covered area with 2 roof fans with speed control, and music speakers from the living room, as well as one wifi router and possibility to install a TV with two cable connections.

UPPER FLOOR:

Accessible from the stairs in the entrance hall is the large living and family room, with a beautiful wooden floor, English style bar with 2 beer pumps (not connected yet) and fridge, perfect for sea-view parties! There is plenty of space to add a pool table, too. The ceiling has 4 big natural sunlight glass openings making it possible to view the stars during nighttime. There are 2 sections of teak folding doors, opening to a huge 180 sqm terrace with mountain view and a fantastic panoramic sea view. This room is fitted with a powerful air-conditioning unit (18,000 BTU), 2 TV connections and internet LAN cable connection. From here you can access the master bedroom, bedrooms 1 and 2, and also the second living room.

The Master Bedroom is very large, featuring a double-size bed, 7 sqm walking closet, a 42" flat-screen TV and a beautiful and comfortable wooden floor. The ensuite bathroom is very spacious with toilet, shower and high-standard jaccuzzi, granite counter tops and imported quality taps. This room offers both air-conditioning (12,000 BTU) and ceiling fan, as well as the standard double TV connection and LAN cable connection.

Bedroom 2 has a double-size bed, 2 TV connections and LAN cable connection, and also a beautiful wooden floor, as well as a private balcony with Mountain View overlooking the garage. This room also has the four glass ceiling sun-lights, making it possible to view the stars at night-time and is decorated with beautiful wood.

LOWER FLOOR:

The lower floor can be accessed from the stairway in the main hall or from the garden. The lower level hall gives access to Bedroom 5 and 6, bathroom and laundry room, storage and a large technical area under the swimming pool.

Bedroom 5 has a double-size bed, air-conditioning (12,000 BTU), double TV connection and wifi coverage for internet. This room as view over the garden and some view over Patong Bay and the sea.

Bedroom 6 is a little smaller than the previous, but also has a double-size bed and air-conditioning (12,000 BTU), with double TV connection and wifi coverage from internet, with the same kind of view as the Bedroom 5.

The toilet and shower  room is large and beautifully appointed with granite counter tops and imported taps from Italy. This bathroom connects with the laundry room, which has Electrolux washing machine and is equipped with electric safety power cut. The adjacent drying room has an adjustable speed turbine fan (very powerful).

GARDEN:

The garden has new grass and palm trees, banana trees, coconut trees, as well as garden lamps creating an excellent atmosphere at night. It is also not too big, making it easy to maintain. There is an underground fiber-glass water tank outside the garage with a capacity of 6 cubic meters for watering. There are also 2 septic tanks, one outside the maid room, and another outside the entrance down to technical area under the pool.

TECHNICAL AREA UNDER THE POOL:

This very large technical area is accessible from the lower level, exposing the swimming pool foundation for easy access and maintenance. There are also 2 storage rooms this large area under can be used as further storage.

In one of the storage rooms there is an underground spare tank with a capacity of 13 cubic meters, that is currently not used, easily accessible with a cover. Here is also the swimming pool surge tank, made in fiber-glass (10 cubic meters).

The villa is equipped with high-speed internet. There are also 3 wireless (wifi) routers, one on each floor. This is necessary due to the thickness of the walls, highlighting the quality of the construction. The main router is in the office room, and there are also 16 LAN cables connected to a switch in the office room.

  • The swimming pool has 3 pumps, one used to maintain the water and the other two are for the jaccuzzi system and and cross wave system.
  • The pool has a surge 10 cubic meter water tank and sand filter to maintain the water quality. (Chlorination system)
  • The pool water is kept both by overflowing and drain from bottom. The water maintenance is automatic with high-quality electronic components, among others solenoid valves with timers and relays, all easily accessible from the technical area under the pool. Water re-filling is also controlled automatically by solenoid valves.
